CompanyRethinking materials for a more sustainable future
REPLO® is a purpose-driven, science-backed materials technology company helping address one of the world’s biggest sustainability challenges: the plastics and synthetic textiles that fall outside today’s recycling systems.
Our proprietary organic additive technology is designed to support more responsible end-of-life outcomes for compatible materials, providing a practical, scalable solution across packaging, textiles, manufacturing and global supply chains.
We see a future where sustainability fuels growth, not guilt
By embedding innovation at the source, we aim to transform plastic from a global problem, into a platform for progress, cutting waste, raising standards, and making sustainability commercially viable, from the inside out.

Rethinking plastics destiny
We founded REPLO® with a clear belief: the future of sustainability lies not in removing plastic, but in redesigning its destiny. Plastic remains one of the most efficient and essential materials in modern industry. Yet when waste systems fail, its durability becomes a long-term environmental liability. REPLO® was created to change that equation: intelligently, responsibly and at scale.

Sustainability’s Fourth R®
A system-level safeguard that reduce, reuse, recycle by addressing plastic that escapes circular systems, building resilience at the material level.

Shifting the timeline of persistence
Designed to help compatible materials transition from centuries toward years under defined end-of-life conditions, supporting more responsible end-of-life outcomes.

Engineered for the real world
Works in landfills, marine, industrial compost and wastewater systems, where plastic actually ends up, not just ideal conditions.

Seamless integration, zero compromise
A drop-in organic additive that preserves material performance, requires no retooling, and works without affecting product use.

Addressing microplastic persistence
Designed to support more responsible end-of-life outcomes for compatible materials, helping address long-term plastic and microplastic persistence under defined conditions.

Evidence-based performance
Validated by ASTM standards and independent labs, delivering measurable, scalable, and regulation-ready performance.

Experts driving innovation
We’re a diverse team with decades of experience across fashion, retail, technology, FMCG, life sciences, and brand development. From launching global ventures to building purpose-driven businesses, we combine cross-sector expertise with a proven track record of commercial success.
As we scale our operations and expand internationally, we are building world-class talent to deliver innovation at speed and quality, to reduce waste for good.

Curious about REPLO®?
Curious about REPLO®? Find answers to common questions about how our organic additive technology works and helps reduce microplastics without compromising performance.
REPLO® is a biodegradation additive that is blended into plastics and synthetic textiles during manufacture. It accelerates the natural microbial breakdown of the material at end of life, without affecting performance during use.
REPLO® works with a broad range of petroleum-based plastics, including LDPE, HDPE, PP, PET and synthetic textiles such as polyester, nylon, spandex, acrylic, and their blends when added at the resin or polymer stage.
No. REPLO® is designed to be inert during the useful life of the product. Independent testing shows no significant change to tensile strength, elongation, or other key performance metrics.
No. REPLO® does not contain live microbes, heavy metals, or any substances restricted under REACH or RoHS regulations.
When REPLO®-enhanced materials biodegrade in a microbially active environment, the primary by-products are CO₂, water, and biomass — the same outputs as natural organic matter decomposition.
